Archiving processed documents on a local basic runtime or runtime cluster
As the owner of a local basic runtime or runtime cluster, you can enable processed document archiving.
Procedure

Create the directory on the basic runtime or runtime cluster into which to archive processed documents.
noteIf you skip this step, the directory you designate in step 8 is automatically created when you restart the basic runtime or runtime cluster (step 13).

Select Manage > Runtime Management.

In Runtime Management, select the basic runtime or runtime cluster.

Click Properties.

If you selected a basic runtime, the Runtime Properties panel appears.

If you selected a runtime cluster, the Runtime cluster Properties panel appears.

Select the Advanced tab.

In the properties list, select Processed Documents Archive Directory.

Click Add Property.

In the properties table, set the value for the property Processed Documents Archive Directory.
If you already created the directory (step 1), set its path as the value.

In the properties list, select Archive Processed Documents.

Click Add Property.

In the properties table, turn on Archive Processed Documents.

Click Save.

Restart the basic runtime or runtime cluster.
You can restart the basic runtime or runtime cluster at your convenience. However, property changes are not applied until the basic runtime or runtime cluster restarts.
